Police: Suspect targeting victims at drive-through ATMs

HARRIS COUNTY, TexasPolice say a robber has been targeting people at ATMs in Harris County. The incidents happened at two different Chase banks on Tomball Parkway on July 11. Police said in both cases, the suspect approached a person at the drive-through ATM, held a gun to their head and demanded money.
